This Privacy Policy explains how Eran Rosenblum, an individual trading as "Partner Now" of 5 Shazar Street, Hod HaSharon, Israel (we, us, our or the Provider) collects, uses, discloses and protects Personal Information in connection with our partnership go-to-market (GTM) assessment tool and related website, dashboards and services (together, the Tool), available at https://www.partner-now.com.
We are the controller of the Personal Information described in this Policy. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Use.
This Policy applies to Personal Information we process about visitors to our website and users of the Tool, whether located in Israel, the United States or elsewhere. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Under Israeli law, we process Personal Information in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.
We do not sell your Personal Information for money. We disclose Personal Information only as follows:
(a) Service providers (sub-processors). We share Personal Information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as cloud hosting, data storage, analytics, email delivery and customer support — under contracts that require them to protect the information and use it only to provide services to us.
(b) Legal and safety. We may disclose Personal Information where required by Law, to respond to lawful requests and legal process, to enforce our Terms of Use, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Provider, our users or others.

We do not sell Personal Information for money. The Tool is intended for business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Information, contact us and we will delete it.
